This layer was later discovered and extracted by scientists in the 20th century using deep drilling techniques, giving rise to magnesium oil. Today, it is used as a natural health supplement that can be applied topically to the skin for its soothing benefits.

How do I use the Oil?

if suffering from cramps and muscle fatigue, spray on to thigh/calf & ankle area especially on soles of feet before sleep and massage in to aid in relieving cramp (avoid using on sensitive areas such as arm pits, groin, face & neck).
