UK Mainland Deliveries

Under 2kg

Standard Delivery for orders under 2kg are sent via Royal mail 2nd class signed for service @ £4.  Please allow upto 5 working days from time of dispatch confirmation.  This time is allocated to avoid disappointment.   We aim to dispatch all orders within 4 hrs of purchase confirmation.

Over 2kg

Orders from 2 – 20kg are sent via various couriers to UK mainland addresses. due to us using couriers, there is a higher charge of £7.25 (as of 26/04/2019).

Local Free-Drop

This service is available to customers who live within a specific location in London (Waltham Forest borough and surrounding areas).  If you live within the following postal codes (EN3, EN9, EN8, E17, E10, E11, E18, E4, N15, N16, N17, N18, N9, IG10, IG9, IG8), we can deliver your order free to your door (Tues, Thurs and Sat Only). Minimum spend is £10.  The delivery option is not automatic so please select the correct option at check out if it applies to you.  Txt’s or a call will be made prior to delivery in order for us not to miss you and guarantee delivery.  Delivery times are usually between 10 am to 6 pm.

Orders from Europe and Rest of the World

Orders made from Europe and Rest of the world will be sent via Royal mail Standard for service up to 2kg of which orders should be received within 5 to 7 working days from dispatch confirmation.  for Larger orders, please contact us so we can find a cost effective but reputable delivery service solution


You being happy with our products and services are of the utmost importance to us and if you receive a damaged or faulty product from us, you are entitled to request a refund within 30 days of purchase.  In order to pursue, please confirm the item(s) have met the requirements of our returns policy.  Please see our returns policy below


Returning an Item/Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, our products can only be returned in original packaging, unopened, unused and (if applicable) with seals intact.  Please contact us by phone or email stating the issue and how you would like to proceed so no delay will occur.  Returns will not be accepted if these requirements are not adhered to.  The return address can be found on the product but also below.   Refunds will be issued within 48 hours of us receiving the returned items.
