Delivery – UK Mainland
Under 2kg
Standard Delivery for orders under 2kg are sent via Royal mail. Please allow 3-7 working days from time of dispatch confirmation. This time is allocated to avoid disappointment. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of purchase confirmation (excluding made to order items) if in stock. Please get in touch for urgent order processing.
Over 2kg
Orders from 2kg up are sent via various couriers to UK mainland addresses. due to us using couriers, there is a higher charge.
Free Delivery
Currently ( as of 26.02.2026 ) we offer free delivery on orders over £50 in value.
Delivery – Europe and Rest of the World
Currently we do not ship outside the UK but please contact us so as to find an amicable solution for delivery.
IMPORTANT NOTE. DUTY AND OTHER TAXES (IF APPLICABLE) ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE YOU PAY FOR YOUR ORDER. YOU ARE LIABLE TO PAY THIS SO PLEASE BARE THAT IN MIND WHEN PURCHASING FROM OUTSIDE THE UK.
Returns
Returning an Item/Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, our products can only be returned in original packaging, unopened, unused (if applicable) with seals intact and within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us by phone or email stating the issue and how you would like to proceed so no delay will occur. Returns will not be accepted if these requirements are not adhered to. The return address can be found on your purchased product but also below. Refunds will be issued within 48 hours of us receiving the returned items but may take upto 10 days for it to appear in your account.
